Also I don't have the directory the last guy said to do something in. His directions weren't super clear. I think this is just a hopeless cause.

I'm just about to see if I can install some Microsoft voices, as well as others. The registry contains essential configuration values that can adversely effect the operation of your computer, if not handled correctly, and with care.
You HAVE been warned. Note the name e. Open regedit see warning, above! If not, keep searching. Once found in the correct branch, right-click on the "Tokens" folder, just above your current location, in the nav panel, and click "Export". Save the file in a convenient location.
