I called him 3 times and when he returned my call, he said the sil was the wrong size as was the sil for the french doors. Another order has to go in for the correct sizes.

So we have to wait again for the correct items and to have our windows fixed. I also noted that the surfmist window winder in the downstairs office has 2 chips on it and will also need replacing, as we have paid for these items. Murray has said he doesn't know when these jobs will be done. Can you or any person at the Wideline company tell us when our windows and doors will be fixed?

All of this has happened this last hour and we would appreciate a call from someone to explain what is actually going on. Regards Margie. October 15, The team at Wideline were professional and skilled. The quality of technical advice was spot on. Wideline also installed our windows in difficult circumstances and nothing was a problem for them. Of course, like every build, not everything ran smoothly, after-all it was a renovation in an offshore community - no vehicles, everything had to be barged in however to their credit they handled it quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
